What is your warranty period?

Texture Analysers have a warranty period of 24 months.  All other instruments are guaranteed 12 months from date of despatch.

Do you ship oversees?

We supply spectrophotometers, accessories and consumables overseas, however if you are not based in the UK, please refer to our international website: www.camspec.eu.

Do you provide service contracts?

We carry out Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications and Performance Qualifications for any instrument.
